家人赞不绝口的一款巧克力蛋糕,呵呵~
对我来说是太甜了,可能我不喜欢巧克力的关系,但是其他人都觉得刚刚好,蛋糕入口即溶的感觉,满口都是浓郁的巧克力味道,他们很满意。而且,对于我这个初学者来说,他们给了我很大的信心。
因为他们都说我的蛋糕,一次比一次好吃,一次比一次进步~哈哈

原食谱有淋巧克力奶油,我把原食谱做了一些更改,去掉巧克力奶油了~

{材料}
鸡蛋 5 粒
牛油 180g
牛油 180g
砂糖 150g
全脂淡奶 200g
自发面粉 100g (过筛)
泡打粉 1/2茶匙
苏打粉 1/2茶匙
可可粉 50g
香草精 1/2茶匙
{做法}
1. 把砂糖,淡奶,香草精,牛油放入一个碗中以小火隔水加热,直到砂糖和牛油溶化,拌均。
2. 把打散的鸡蛋加入稍微冷却的淡奶糊里,搅拌均匀。
3. 把所有剩下的粉状一起筛入一个碗内,然后把蛋糊倒入,搅拌均匀(此刻蛋糕糊应该是流动状态)
4. 把蛋糕糊倒入一个抹上牛油的模具里,用锡箔纸松松的盖上,中火蒸约45分钟。
5. 蛋糕冷却后,才脱模,淋上巧克力奶油。

4. 把蛋糕糊倒入一个抹上牛油的模具里,用锡箔纸松松的盖上,中火蒸约45分钟。
5. 蛋糕冷却后,才脱模,淋上巧克力奶油。

{Ingredients}
5 Eggs180g Butter
150g Sugar
200g Full cream evaporated milk
100g Self-rising flour
50g Coco powder
1/2 tsp Backing powder
1/2 tsp Backing soda
1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
2. Add beaten eggs into the cold butter milk and stir till well mix, become butter egg mixture.
3. Sift all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Pour in butter egg mixture and whisk to combine.
4. Pour batter into a greased baking pan. Bring a pot of water to rapid boil. Place the cake into the steamer and cover loosely with an aluminium foil. Lower the heat to medium and steam the cake for about 45 minutes.
5. Cool cake in pan before turning out for decoration.

1. Put all sugar, milk, butter, vanila essence into a saucepan and stir over low heat until sugar has dissolved and butter has melted. Remove from heat and allow to cold completely.2. Add beaten eggs into the cold butter milk and stir till well mix, become butter egg mixture.
3. Sift all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Pour in butter egg mixture and whisk to combine.
4. Pour batter into a greased baking pan. Bring a pot of water to rapid boil. Place the cake into the steamer and cover loosely with an aluminium foil. Lower the heat to medium and steam the cake for about 45 minutes.
