从小自己就很想学弄蛋糕,但是小时候没有机会学,也因为家里的经济条件不允许,所以就打消念头了。一直到我现在出来社会后,终于自己踏出了第一步,买了人生第一架打蛋器。心情如此的兴奋~哈哈哈~
由于缺考录,一直以为没有办法弄蛋糕的我,无意间发现了蒸蛋糕的食谱。
眼见材料简单就胆子粗粗的冒险去了,哈哈哈~

{材料}
A蛋 5 粒
甜炼奶 2 汤匙
牛油 150g (室温软化)
粟米油 50g
砂糖 80g
苏打饼 250g
Milo 4汤匙
香草精 数滴
{做法}
1. 苏打饼干折成小片,可以用您习惯的工具打成粉,备用。(有食物处理器更加方便)
2. 把室温牛油和细砂糖打至松白,分次加入全蛋,搅拌至均匀。最后加入甜炼奶和粟米油搅拌均匀。(全程我都用搅拌器搅拌)
3. 拌入之前的苏打饼干粉到蛋糊内,用刮刀搅拌成均匀,这个作为面糊。
4. 把面糊分成两份,一份原味,一份milo口味。原味的面糊加入香草精拌匀,备用。Milo口味加入milo粉拌匀,备用。(如太干可加些玉米油)
5. 家里没有蒸锅可以跟我一样用炒菜锅。加了水,开滚。5寸圆形烤模涂上少许的油。
6. 先倒入一份milo面糊,把面糊用刮刀铺平,放进锅里,以大火蒸大约 5-7 分钟。
7. 再倒入一份原味面糊,铺平后再放入锅里蒸,一样大火蒸5-7分钟。
8. 轮流把同样的步骤完成,最后一层须蒸上25-30分钟左右。可以用筷子/牙签/蛋糕测试针叉进去,拔出的时候没有沾上面糊就是代表熟了。(如果不熟,可以继续蒸5-10分钟左右)
9. 蛋糕蒸好后,凉了就可以脱模了。(也可以立刻取出脱模,把蛋糕放在铁架上待凉)

250g Cream Cracker / Cracker
4 tbs Milo Powder
3 tsp Vanilla Essence
2 tbs Sweet Condensed Milk

{Methos}
1. You can use any tools that you have and make the cream crackers become powder status, we use it as FLOUR.
2. Use blender to beat the room temperature butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add whole eggs, stirring until evenly. Mix well with sweet condensed milk and corn oil, in the last.
3. Add in the crushed crackers and mix well.
4. Pour the mixture into 2 portions. Make it 1 portion as ORIGINAL FLAVOR "mix well with vanilla essence", another 1 portion as MILO FLAVOR "mix well with milo powder"
5. Brush with some oil on your pan, I'm using a 5 inch round pan.
6. Choose ORI or MILO of flavor batter into the cake mold and paved it with scraper, into the pot over high heat for about 5-7 minutes. "this will be your first layer"
7. Then pour another taste of batter, put it back to the pot over high heat for about 5-7 minutes.
8. Continuously rotating the same steps, the last layer must be steamed 25-30 minutes. (Use a toothpick into the middle, if come out clean, the cake is done)
9. After steaming the cake, and let cool on it stripped.
